• What notice do you need in advance for reservations ?

We recommend you to book at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request.
However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute request.

• How do I find you at the airport ?

One of our drivers will wait for you at the exit of the terminal with a nameboard. If you lost be kind enough to call this number : + 33 ( 0 ) 6 98 59 80 00

• What if my flight is delayed ?

In case of a delay, we will make an arrangement to pick you up without disappointing you.

• How do I know what time you will pick me up to go to the airport ?

Your pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation mail. We normally pick up passengers, 3 hours before the scheduled flight time.

• Do you have any restrictions on luggage ?
