Yes, we often take customers cross the country for various personal requirements.
What notice do you need in advance for reservations?
We recommend you to book at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request. However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute request.
Can I pay by card for my journey?
Yes, we do accept card and bank transfer, as well as cash of course.
Do you allow pets?
We’re sorry, we don’t allow pets.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
Please inform us immediately through mobile or email when there is a flight delay. However, we are also regularly monitoring the arrival times and our drivers will wait if it is in a manageable level. Otherwise we will inform you with the best options that can be arranged.
Where do I meet the driver at the Airport?
You can meet the driver at the arrivals Gate. Your driver will be waiting there holding a name sign. Your driver may contact you by phone if needed. Please make sure that your phone is turned on. He will always help you with your luggage if you would like so.
Do I get a confirmation after booking a transfer?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a registration number from our office. Pls note that unless and until you get this message your booking is not complete.
Do you charge for baggage?
No. On the basis of boot space availability.
Are all passengers fully insured?
Yes, Fully insured.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. Not required. At the end of the journey is sufficient.
Do you allow wheelchairs?
Yes, but you need to keep us updated in advance.
Can we book a vehicle for a group tour?
Yes! Up to 7 persons for a single vehicle.
How can I change my booking?
If you require any change, rescheduling or cancellation, please call us on +33(0) 698 598 000. We will make alternative arrangements
Can you collect our group members from defferent locations/hotels?
Yes. Please let us know the places prior to booking, so that cost can be calculated accordingly.
Do I get driver contact details after confirming a transfer?
You may contact our office number sent to you with the mail for all queries. We will advise our driver to contact you in case you are unable to be located.
What is your child policy. Are child seats available?
We will provide child seats at no extra charge.
